Dakota Prairie Kennels (DPK) began in 2011. It was created with the idea of providing a pet boarding service in a family setting.
Originally, DPK was just going to be three or four kennels on a limited basis. However, the demand for boarding services has increase so that we now have 15 indoor and 4 outdoor kennels. There are future plans to convert an outbuilding to a permanent kennel building in order to accommodate all of the pet boarding services
